Listed here is a nice pair of Chinese foo dogs or foo lions. A true pair of dogs with the female and her pup and the male with his brocade ball. Its unusual to see this use of the color blue on foo dogs. These date from 1900- 1920s.

They are marked CHINA in red ink on the bottom. The red has blurred from age but still visible on one of the dogs.

These are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks or repairs. These measure 8 1/4 inches high. Otherwise it takes 9 weeks or more. Thanks and see my other auctions.
